• Clients will be invoiced for Services as per the agreed-upon project proposal or contract.

• Payment terms will be specified in the invoice (e.g., net 30 days).

• Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Intellectual Property

• Metabriq retains ownership of all intellectual property rights (including copyrights and trademarks) in the strategies, tools, and content we develop for Clients.

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use this intellectual property for their marketing purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Both Metabriq and the Client agree to keep confidential all non-public information related to either party's business, including client lists, strategies, and financial data.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for cause with a written notice. Termination may also occur if either party breaches these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Metabriq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services in question.

8. Warranties

Metabriq provides its Services with professional care but cannot guarantee specific marketing results. Our Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties will submit the dispute to mediation before resorting to litigation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Odisha .

11. Changes to Terms

Metabriq reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and changes will be posted on our website.
